TERMS NET 30 Days: Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date for customers who maintain a current account. Past due accounts will be shipped on a prepaid or COD basis. We accept most credit cards. CHECKS If paying by check, please reference your C & K account number on the face of each check along with a list of the invoices which you are paying. If no remittance information is provided, we will apply the payment to the oldest invoices. WARRANTIES C & K repair warranties cover materials and workmanship over the period of the warranty. Warranties on recases cover a 90 day fit warranty. This warranty will not cover malfunctions which are due to negligence or misuse of the hearing aid. Programmable & Digital hearing aids may be assessed a fee for the initial repair or during the warranty period if the circuit fails and must be replaced. LOSS & DAMAGE New hearing instruments include a one year warranty including loss and damage: a two year warranty may be purchased within 60 days of the original invoice date. A $50.00 deductible charge will be applied for lost or damaged instruments. RETURNS Should a fitting prove unsatisfactory, return the hearing aid within 60 days of the original invoice date for a full credit to your account.
