TERMS NET 30 Days: Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date for customers who maintain a current account. Statements are due in full upon receipt. Past due accounts will be shipped on a prepaid or COD basis. PAYMENTS We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or business checks. If paying by check, please reference your C & K account number on the face of each check along with a list of the invoices which you are paying. If no remittance information is provided, we will apply the payment to the oldest open invoices. WARRANTIES C & K repair warranties cover materials and workmanship over the period of the warranty. Recased aids will be remade at no charge up to 90 days for poor fit. Shipping charges on warranty repairs will be at no charge for the 1st 90 days. Repairs under warranty after the 90 days may be subject to shipping charges. LOSS & DAMAGE New hearing instruments include a one year warranty including loss and damage: a two year warranty may be purchased within 60 days of the original invoice date. A $50.00 deductible charge will be applied for lost or damaged instruments. RETURNS Should a fitting prove unsatisfactory, return the hearing aid within 60 days of the original invoice date for a full credit to your account.
